- “Appraisal NOI yield” is the total of net operating income by the direct capitalization method stated in the real estate appraisal report (appraisal NOI) of each acquisition asset expressed as a percentage of total acquisition price.
- “NOI yield after depreciation” is the total of NOI after depreciation obtained by subtracting the expected amount of depreciation from appraisal NOI of each acquisition asset expressed as a percentage of total acquisition price.
- “Appraisal NOI yield” is the total of net operating income by the direct capitalization method stated in the real estate appraisal report (appraisal NOI) of each acquisition asset expressed as a percentage of total acquisition price.
- “NOI yield after depreciation” is the total of NOI after depreciation obtained by subtracting the expected amount of depreciation from appraisal NOI of each acquisition asset expressed as a percentage of total acquisition price.
