- Presented are the main content of the support to be provided based on the sponsor support agreement and the memorandum of understanding on sponsor support. Other forms of support is provided in addition to the above.For example, Yoshicon Co., Ltd., SHIZUOKA GAS CO., LTD. and Shizuoka Fudosan Co., Ltd. plans to assist in boosting the efficiency of acquisitions and operation of assets among others for Tokaido REIT and the Asset Manager.
- As of June 22, 2021, Shizuoka Fudosan K.K. has not made same-boat investment in Tokaido REIT, and there is also no allotment of Tokaido REIT investment units to Shizuoka Fudosan K.K. as a party to which investment units are to be sold designated by Tokaido REIT in the primary offering.
